Most premises do not have one pest problem, they have a season of them: ants after the rain, cockroaches in the warm months, rodents when the weather turns, flies whenever the bins are busy. Calling someone out four times a year, each time after it has become noticeable, is the expensive way to handle it.
A scheduled programme treats the conditions rather than the emergencies. We visit on an agreed cycle, treat what is active, check what is not, and keep the records, which matters if your premises are audited, and is quietly reassuring if they are not.

- How often are the visits?
- It depends on the building and what it does. A quiet office might be quarterly; a busy kitchen is usually monthly. We recommend a cycle after the survey rather than selling a package first.
- Will it satisfy an audit?
- That is what the records are for. Each visit is documented with what was found, what was treated and what needs your attention, and the file is yours.
