Safety and compliance

Everything we spray is on a public list.

The products used on your job are named on your quote before you agree to anything, so you can check them yourself.

Certified technicians, calibrated equipment, PPE on every job, and a re-entry time given before we start rather than after. Where a building problem is causing the infestation we say so and refer you to a builder, because spraying a leak is not pest control. Every product we would use on your job is named on your quote with its registration number, before you agree to anything.

Safety & compliance, what we use

Registered products, named on your paperwork

  • Certified technicians, and products named on your quote before you agreeWe do not use anything that is not on the Registrar’s list, and we do not decant or re-label. What arrives is what the label says.
  • The registration number is on your quote before you agree to anythingNot after the visit, and not on request. You can check any number against the Registrar’s own published list before a technician sets foot in the building.
  • Ask us what we would use, and we will tell you firstRing or use the contact form with the pest and the property, and we will name the likely products and their re-entry times before you book anything.

We do not publish a general product list, because the products used on a bungalow with a termite problem and on a restaurant kitchen are not the same. Yours are named on your own quote and job note, with their registration numbers, before anything is applied.

What we do on every job

  • Re-entry time before we start, not afterIt goes on the quote, so nobody is standing outside their own house wondering.
  • PPE on every job, and calibrated equipmentA sprayer nobody has checked is guesswork with a licence.
  • Children and pets firstBaits and gels in preference to sprays, and trapping rather than poison in a home with a dog, unless you ask otherwise.
  • We say when it is not a pest problemA leak feeding an infestation needs a builder; spraying it is taking money for a repeat visit.

If you are ever unsure what was applied, ask for the job note. It names every product, its registration number, where it went and the re-entry time, and we will send it again to anybody in the household who asks.
