The work is physical, early and sometimes unpleasant, and we would rather say that now than in week two. In return: proper PPE, calibrated equipment, a fixed route territory, fuel covered, and a training path with the certification paid for.

A day in the job
- 07.00Load the van at Wattala, check kit and PPE against the day sheet.
- 08.30Four to six jobs on a fixed route territory, assessments and treatments.
- 13.00Write up each job on the tablet: products, quantities, findings, aftercare note for the customer.
- 17.30Back to the yard, decant and log chemicals, sign off the day sheet.

What you need
- O/Ls, and enough English or Sinhala to write a clear job note
- A motorcycle licence; a light-vehicle licence is a plus
- Physically able to work in roof spaces and confined areas
- Comfortable talking to customers in their home
- No pest control experience needed, we train and pay for certification
