Find what they are breeding in, then fit the right unit in the right place.
Flies do not come from nowhere. A persistent problem indoors almost always has a source within a few metres, a bin store, a drain, a forgotten spill under a unit, or something dead in a roof void. Killing the adults in the room without finding it is endless.
We locate the source, deal with it, and then fit fly control suited to the room. That distinction matters in food premises: a glue-board unit holds every insect intact where an electric grid scatters fragments, which is what an inspector will look for.

How to tell
- Flies concentrated in one room or near one doorway
- Small flies hovering around a drain, a sink or a bin
- Sudden numbers indoors with no obvious way in, which often means a roof void
- Maggots or clusters near a bin store or drain

How we treat it
- 01Find the sourceWe check drains, bin areas, voids and the awkward gaps under fixed units. Persistent flies almost always have a breeding site close by.
- 02Remove itThe source is cleaned and treated. This is the part that changes the numbers rather than managing them.
- 03Fit the right unitGlue-board UV units where food is open, grid units back-of-house. Sited where the light carries, away from doors and daylight, and left switched on.

In food premises we fit glue-board units rather than electric grids, so nothing is scattered over open food, and we site them clear of preparation surfaces. Drain treatments are applied into the drain, not onto surfaces.

- Which unit do I need for a kitchen?
- A glue-board UV unit, not an electric grid. A grid does not contain what it kills, which rules it out anywhere food is open. We fit and supply both and will tell you which suits each room.
- Why do the flies come back every year?
- Usually a seasonal breeding site, a drain, a bin store, or a void that warms up. Finding it once ends the annual repeat.
