Most people call a pest control company reluctantly. They expect a smell that lingers for days, a house they cannot use all afternoon, and a warning to keep the children and the dog outside. That expectation is reasonable, because for a long time it was accurate.
It does not have to be. Modern equipment puts a measured amount exactly where it is needed rather than fogging a room and hoping, into soil, voids, cracks and the gaps pests shelter in rather than across the surfaces people touch. Less chemical goes down, less of it ends up where nobody wanted it, and treated areas are ready for normal use once the application has dried. That is the whole idea behind how we work.
