Fly traps & insect killers
F36 Electric Fly & Mosquito Killer
A grid unit for back-of-house: 60 square metres, and a tray that pulls out to wash.
About
What it is for
Where nobody is eating and nothing is exposed, a high-voltage grid is the cheapest effective answer, and the F36 covers 60 square metres of it. Ultraviolet light brings insects in, the grid deals with them, and a removable tray catches what falls so cleaning is a matter of sliding it out and rinsing. The reason to choose this over a glue board unit is running cost, there is no consumable board to buy, and the reason not to is that a grid makes a noise and does not contain what it kills. Keep it to store rooms, bin areas, corridors and plant rooms. A high voltage grid over 60 square metres, with a removable washable tray, suits back of house and non food areas: stores, corridors, loading areas, workshops and domestic verandas. Because a grid shatters what it kills, it is not the unit for a space where food is uncovered.
